Refund policy

At Amora, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, sizing, or if the customer no longer wants the item.

Because jewelry is a personal-use item, we are unable to accept returns once the item has been delivered and handled.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at amora.m.0711@gmail.com. Your email must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the damage.

Our team will review the request and verify the claim. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and item availability.

Damage claims submitted after 10 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Items must not be worn, altered, or intentionally damaged. Amora reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the requirements above.
